I share positive, practical, and evidence-based nutrition information centered around intuitive eating, family nutrition, and everyday recipes (yes, including desserts!). Backed by science and not fads, I am especially passionate about spreading the message that all foods can fit, nutrition should not be an obsession, and our bodies are something to nurture, appreciate, and love - at every weight.
